NextGen Core Football Development (CFD) is dedicated to providing comprehensive football training and development programmes for male and female players of all ages and skill levels. CFD offer structured training programmes to develop the players’ technical abilities, game intelligence, and physical attributes. The focus is on fostering a holistic development approach, including technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, mental resilience, and overall football performance.
CFD offer a range of programs including a consultation with the player and parents/guardians to discuss a Player Development Plan which includes goalsetting and the start of creating a player profile.
At Core Football Development we also focus on developing the person including life skills, which is an integral part of a comprehensive player development approach. While football skills are essential, developing the person encompasses various aspects that go beyond the technical and tactical aspects of football.
